Hi! I’m João (John), an Assistant Professor at ISPA. I’m particularly interested in connecting philosophy of science, research methods, statistics, and data analysis, both in my teaching and in my research. I also work as an independent consultant on research methods and data analysis.
My research background is in social psychology, especially in how adults perceive and treat children as a social category. I also enjoy using and adapting software to solve research and teaching problems.
